You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Sharing accounts is prohibited.
Job seekers may: browse and apply to jobs, upload resumes and certificates, and communicate with recruiters. You must not submit false information or misrepresent your qualifications.
Recruiters must: pay the subscription fee before posting jobs, post genuine job openings only, not collect fees from candidates, and comply with Indian labor laws. Fraudulent job postings will result in immediate ban.
You may not post: fake jobs, adult content, discriminatory listings, illegal services, or content that violates Indian law. Violations may result in account termination without refund.
Subscription fees are non-refundable except in cases of technical errors on our part. Payments are verified manually within 24 hours. Chargebacks without prior communication will result in permanent ban.
All content on Rozgar India, including logos, design, and code, is our property. Users retain rights to their uploaded content but grant us a license to display it on the platform.
Rozgar India is a platform connecting job seekers and recruiters. We do not guarantee employment or candidate quality. We are not liable for disputes between users.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, without notice. Users may delete their accounts at any time from their dashboard.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Maharashtra, India.
