Your phone number is hidden by default. It can be made visible to recruiters at admin's discretion or your own choice. You can control this in your profile settings.
We do not sell your personal data. We share your profile information only with recruiters when you apply for their jobs or when you've given explicit consent. Payment details are used only for subscription verification.
Uploaded resumes and certificates are stored securely. Only recruiters with active subscriptions can access candidate resumes. Certificate files are reviewed only by our admin team for verification.
We use session cookies for authentication and site functionality. We do not use third-party tracking cookies for advertising.
We implement industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, password hashing, CSRF protection, and rate limiting to protect your data.

We retain your data while your account is active. Deleted accounts have their data removed within 30 days. Audit logs are retained for 1 year.
